TM Reefer Solutions was founded on a formidable base of technical expertise, specialising in the niche fields of industrial refrigeration and air conditioning.

Our founding members bring together a wealth of combined experience that covers the entire lifecycle of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration systems. This includes everything from initial conceptual design and engineering to installation, rigorous maintenance, and end-of-life decommissioning. This technical pedigree ensures that we understand the intricate mechanical heartbeat of every cooling unit we provide.

By leveraging this foundational knowledge, TM Reefer Solutions was established to address a specific need in the market: the demand for a technically proficient, transformation-driven provider that understands the nuances of the South African and broader African cold chain logistics sector.


Our Team

The strength of TM Reefer Solutions lies in the calibre of our leadership. Our founding team represents a perfect blend of high-level academic engineering and experienced technical expertise.

Engineering Expertise: One of our founding members holds a B. Eng (Mechanical) from the University of Pretoria, supported by a GCC (Factories) and status as a Registered Professional Engineer. This ensures that our solutions are grounded in rigorous mechanical principles and comply with the highest safety and regulatory standards.

Technical Expertise: Our second founder brings deep practical experience, having completed ACRA Training Tech 1 to 5. Furthermore, our team holds Container CSC Certification and ISO Certification, ensuring that our handling, maintenance, and quality management processes align with international maritime and industrial standards.

This combination of rigorous engineering principles and certified technical skill allows us to tackle complex cooling challenges that other providers simply cannot manage, offering solutions that ensure positive outcomes.
